Author Guidelines
Publication Requirements
Steps and Conditions for Submission, Research Preparation, and Specifications:
1. The researcher should format the research according to the journal's template available on the website and in accordance with the mentioned publication requirements. The researcher must remove their name and affiliation from the research, and it should be included in the final review stage of the publication process.
2. The researcher submits the formatted research in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format exclusively through the journal's website at [https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/about/submissions](https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/about/submissions). If this is the first time submitting a research paper to the journal, registration is required first, followed by uploading the research at [https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/user/register](https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/user/register).

3. The research should be written in clear language, with attention to formatting, graphics, and figures. Figures and tables should be numbered as specified in the journal template.
4. The research should align with the journal's focus, not extracted from books, theses, or dissertations, and it undergoes the journal's editorial process upon submission. Articles written using artificial intelligence (AI) are not accepted in the journal.
5. The research should demonstrate originality and significance in the specialized field.
6. The length of the research should be no less than ten pages and no more than thirty pages, excluding the cover page.
7. The research should not have been submitted or published in another journal, and the researcher is required to provide a declaration to that effect.
8. The research should be written in clear and coherent language, with consistency in expressions, ideas, and alignment between the title, objectives, discussions, results, and sources.
9. The journal accepts submissions in both Arabic and English.
10. The journal does not permit the withdrawal of accepted research under any circumstances.
11. The journal sends a notification to the researcher upon receiving the research, not exceeding three days at most. The evaluation process takes up to fifteen days from the date of receiving the research by the reviewers. After receiving the research, the researcher addresses the feedback and submits the revised research to the journal within ten days. Subsequently, the researcher receives an acceptance letter specifying the publication date.
12. Upon submitting the research and undergoing the editorial process, the researcher pays 330 USD arbitration and publication fee, as indicated in correspondence.
13. In the case of disagreement between the reviewers, a third reviewer is involved.
14. The researcher makes the required revisions and submits the modified research to the email mentioned above.
15. The researcher receives the final publication acceptance letter after making the revisions and obtaining approval from the reviewers and the editorial board.
16. Upon publication, the researcher receives a link to the complete issue for downloading.

Author Guidelines
The author follows the following steps in preparing their research:
1. The author writes the research title (font size 16, bold), academic title and author's name (font size 12, bold), researcher's affiliation (font size 12, bold), and email (font size 12, bold).
2. The researcher writes the abstract in Arabic, followed by keywords, the abstract in English, and then keywords.
3. The research is written with single spacing, not less than ten pages and not exceeding thirty pages. For Arabic research, the font should be Simplified Arabic, size 16 for the main title, size 12 for subtitles, and size 12 regular for the rest of the text. For English research, Times New Roman font is used, with size 16 for the main title, size 12 for subtitles, and size 12 regular for the rest of the text, including page numbers, tables, and illustrations. Size 12 is used for the abstract and keywords.
4. The author writes the subtitle on a separate line without any punctuation, and after the abstract, the keywords (font size 12, bold) are written directly following the abstract in a single paragraph.
5. Uniform numbering is used (1. 3.).
6. Tables are used consistently without colors or shading, and the font size is 12 regular. The table title is in size 12 bold.
7. There is no indentation at the beginning of paragraphs.
8. Arabic and English references are written in Roman letters, and the editor is provided with a list of Arabic references written in Arabic.
9. Footnotes or margins are not allowed, and the use of parentheses in other formats will result in the rejection of the research.
10. References are not numbered at the end of the research in any form. They are arranged alphabetically and written in regular font, not bold.
11. A table is provided for the use of letters.

Arabic References should not be written in Arabic script, but rather in Roman letters. The editor should be provided with a list of Arabic sources written in Arabic.
The use of footnotes or endnotes is prohibited; otherwise, the paper will be rejected.
References should not be numbered at the end of the research in any way. They should be arranged alphabetically and written in plain font, not bold.
