متطلبات تحضير طلب النشر
كجزء من عملية تقديم طلب النشر، على المؤلفين التأكد من كون طلباتهم مستوفية لجميع الفقرات الآتية، وعليه، فقد تُرد الطلبات التي لا تلبي تلك الضوابط.- هذا المقال لم يسبق له النشر، ولم يُعرض على مجلة علمية أخرى للنظر فيه (أو هناك توضيح بشأن هذا الأمر مقدم إلى هيئة التحرير في خانة التعليقات). البحوث المستلة من رسائل الجامعات غير مقبولة
- اطلعت بشكل دقيق على دليل النشر وملف المقالة هو بصيغة Microsoft Word حصرا وحسب قالب المجلة
- فقرات النص ذات تباعد مفرد للأسطر، بحجم خط (12) نقطة نوع الخط Simplified Arabic، (عدا العنوان الرئيسي حجم16).. يتم استخدام الخط العادي للنصوص والخط الغامق للعناوين الفرعية، عدم وجود مسافات بادئة في بداية الفقرات ، وجميع الرسوم والأشكال والجداول مرقمة وموجودة ضمن النص المتعلق بها. استخدام نظام APA للمصادر باستخدام احد برامج ادراج المصادر. راجع ارشادات المؤلف قبل الارسال من هنا https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/about/AuthorGuidelines
- إن نص المؤلَّف مقيد بالمتطلبات النمطية والأسلوبية الواردة في دليل المؤلِّف، الموجود في النص التعريفي بالمجلة ضمن هذا الموقع.
- لايمكن قبول العنوان والملخص المترجم ترجمة حرفية من بعض المواقع ويجب ان تكون الترجمة علمية

Guidelines for Publication in the Innovations Journal of Human and Social Studies
Publication Requirements
Steps and Requirements for Publishing and Submitting Research:
- Formatting and Template : Researchers should format their research and use the journal’s template available on the website, adhering to the stated publication requirements. The researcher’s name and address should be omitted from the research and included in the final proofreading stage of the publication process.
- Submission Format : Researchers must submit the formatted research as a Microsoft Word file (.doc or .docx) exclusively through the following journal website: [https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/about/submissions](https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/about/submissions). First-time submitters need to register before uploading their research: [https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/user/register](https://ijhss.eventsgate.org/ijhss/user/register).
- Language and Quality : The research must be written in a grammatically correct language, with proper formatting of figures and drawings as specified in the journal’s template. Figures and tables should be numbered as shown in the template.
- Scope and Originality : The research should fall within the journal’s scope and should not be extracted from a book, thesis, or dissertation. It will undergo a plagiarism check upon submission.
- Research Significance : The research must be original and significant in its field of specialization.
- Length : The research should be no less than ten pages and no more than thirty pages, excluding the title page.
- Exclusivity : The research should not be submitted or published in any other journal. Researchers must provide an affidavit to this effect.
- Clarity and Coherence : The research should be written in a clear and coherent manner, with logical flow and consistency between the title, objectives, sections, results, and sources.
- Languages Accepted : Researches can be submitted in either Arabic or English.
- Withdrawal Policy : The journal does not allow the withdrawal of research once accepted for publication under any circumstances.
- Acknowledgment of Receipt : The journal will notify the researcher of the receipt of the research within a maximum of three days. The evaluation process will take approximately fifteen days from the date of receipt by the reviewers. After the research is reviewed, the researcher must address the comments and resubmit the research within ten days. Subsequently, the researcher will receive a publication acceptance letter, including the publication date in the journal.
- Fees : Upon submission and plagiarism check, the researcher must pay a review and publication fee of 300 USD (details provided via email).
- Review Process : The research will be reviewed by two or three reviewers if there is a lack of consensus among them.
- Revisions : The researcher must make the required revisions and send the revised research to the specified email.
- Final Acceptance : A final acceptance letter will be granted after the revisions are made and the research is approved for publication by the reviewers and the editorial board.
- Copyright Transfer : The copyright of the research is transferred to the journal once the author is notified of the acceptance of their research for publication.
- Publication Link : Upon publication, the researcher will receive a link to the full issue to download their research.
Instructions for Authors
Steps for Preparing Research:
- Title : The research title should be written in 16-point bold font. All other sections should be in 12-point font.
- Abstracts and Keywords : The abstract should be written in Arabic followed by keywords, then the abstract in English followed by keywords.
- Spacing and Length : The research should be written with single line spacing, and should not be less than ten pages or exceed thirty pages.
- Fonts :
- Arabic : Simplified Arabic, 16-point bold for the main title, 12-point bold for subheadings, and 12-point regular for the rest of the text. The text color should be automatic black for all paragraphs.
- English : Times New Roman, 16-point bold for the main title, 12-point bold for subheadings, and 12-point regular for the rest of the text, including page numbers, tables, and figures. - Subheadings : Subheadings should be written on a separate line without any punctuation marks, except the abstract which is written in one paragraph followed by keywords in 12-point bold font.
- Numbering : Use unified numbering (1. 3.).
- Tables : Use standardized tables without colors or shading, with a 12-point regular font except for table titles, which should be 12-point bold.
- Indentation : No indentation at the beginning of paragraphs.
- Abstract Length : The abstract should be between 200 to 250 words, followed by up to 5 keywords. It should include the four elements: problem, objectives, methodology, and results.
- Quranic Verses : When quoting Quranic verses, include the Surah name and verse number in parentheses (e.g., (Surah Maryam, verse 88)). Use standard parentheses and do not use Quranic writing software. Write the phrase “peace be upon him” in the usual Arabic script without additional software.
Research Elements:
Authors should adhere to the following order when writing their research:
- Abstract (as mentioned above)

- Study System (analytical, descriptive, statistical, etc.)
- Research Problem
- Research Hypotheses
- Research Objectives
- Research Significance
- Research Limits
- Research Plan
- Previous Studies (depending on the research nature)
3. Research Methodology and Methods

6. Conclusion
7. Recommendations (if any)
8. Acknowledgments (if any)
9. References
10. Appendices (if any)
References and Citations:
- APA Style : References should follow the APA (American Psychological Association) style. For more details, refer to [https://apastyle.apa.org/](https://apastyle.apa.org/).
- Primary References : Books and international journals should be the main references. All references should be relevant and preferably indexed in Scopus. References must be in APA style with a minimum of 12 current relevant sources. The DOI of the source should be mentioned at the end of each reference.
- No Numbering : References should not be numbered and should be arranged alphabetically by the author’s last name. The font should be regular, not bold.
- Indentation : The first line of the references should have no indentation, while subsequent lines should be indented.
- Author Names : Use the full name of the author, starting with the last name as it appears in the research text, followed by the first name and then the middle name.
Arabic References:
- Romanization : Arabic references should be romanized and provided in a separate list in Arabic following the same order and sequence as the romanized list.
- Footnotes : Footnotes or endnotes are not allowed. If used, the research will be rejected.
- No Numbering : Arabic romanized references should not be numbered and should be arranged alphabetically in regular font.
- Indentation : The first line should have no indentation, while subsequent lines should be indented.
- Author Names : Use the full name of the author, starting with the last name as it appears in the research text, followed by the first name and then the middle name. The DOI of the source should be mentioned at the end of each reference.
- Publication Date : If the publication date is not available, write (D.T). Use either the Gregorian or Hijri date, removing "M" from Gregorian dates and retaining "H" for Hijri dates.
- Edition Number : Do not write the edition number if it is the first edition. For other editions, write them as (2 1), (Ṭ. 3), etc.
- Punctuation and Spaces : Follow APA guidelines for correct punctuation and spacing.
- Romanization Characters : Use the specific characters provided in the romanization table exclusively.
