Abstract

Scientific research approaches several approaches. The sharia researcher follows one of these research approaches in her research according to the nature of her subject and study. With the expansion of research fields and the development of scientific research, the choice of this topic came; The sharia researcher must become acquainted with these research methods so that she can know the optimal approach that is suitable for her research. To be distinguished in her studies, and its impact is reflected on the quality of her research, for this reason the researcher would like to briefly review in this research the most important research methods in the forensic sciences. The research problem: What is the research methodology in the sharia sciences? The objectives of the research are as follows: defining the meaning of the research methodology in the sharia sciences, presenting the most prominent research methods, and providing a model for research in the books of interpretation. Research limits: research methods in sharia sciences. This research relied on the inductive analytical method. This research will appear in three topics with two requirements for each topic.
