The competent authority in Iraqi nationality disputes

Abstract

 Nationality is an important and precise topic that the legislators and jurisprudence have been concerned with in all countries, as he studies its evidence, principles, and rules, and that nationality is a legal and political bond that binds a person to a state and makes him one of its people. Judgmental, nationality is within the framework of a person’s existence from a legal and political point of view. The matter is not limited to the internal community, but nationality plays a key role in crystallizing the individual’s legal existence at the international level, as it is a bad means of determining the type of legal treatment that a person can receive in the international field, especially in countries that consider the bond of nationality as a means of resolving conflict of laws.
