The study aimed to identify the role of human capital in facing crises and disasters in the education sector in the United Arab Emirates, and the study followed the descriptive survey approach. The study reached results, The study reached results, including the study sample’s knowledge of the modern view of human capital management is high, the study sample’s knowledge of the tasks of the human capital team in crises and disasters is high, and the study sample’s knowledge of the criteria for evaluating human capital management in the light of modern educational theories is also high, including the clarity of the study sample of the importance of using information technology in managing human capital, full awareness of its multiple benefits, and management support for the process of switching to using information technology in managing human capital.
