Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Tarteel" application in enhancing memorization and recitation skills among female students at Al-Bayan Institute for Quran Teachers' Preparation in Riyadh. This research utilized a quasi-experimental design and involved a sample of 35 third-level students during the first semester of 1445H/2023. They participated in training on the AI-powered Tarteel app. Performance tests were conducted before and after the program, revealing statistically significant improvements in memorization and recitation skills attributed to the application's use. The study underscores the potential benefits of integrating the "Tarteel" app into Quranic teaching methodologies, highlighting its effectiveness in developing key skills among the institute's students.
