The strengthening of environmental legislations related to global warming is considered a significant matter that involves the creation of laws that prohibit the emission of greenhouse gasses and reenforce environmental sustainability, which also includes enforcing the use of renewable energy and reducing industrial emissions. It also does not stop at that, as it creates international commitments through agreements that encourages countries to reduce the emission of greenhouse gasses and enhances the adaptation to climate change. It also commits non-government organizations to take action by the existence of a legal system that preserves their rights and reenforce legal protection and give them the right to file lawsuits on institutions and governments that cause environmental transgressions that lead to climate change. In addition to international cooperation by exchange of data and experience between countries through supporting environmental development to reduce the effects of global warming.
