Artificial intelligence is the product of modern technological development, and it is the result of human efforts over decades in investing science and money to create an artificial mind that cooperates with him, supports him, and substitutes for him in some tasks. This development affected the current legal system, which some see as incapable of addressing the legal issues that may arise from artificial intelligence, which pushes for the search for a legal regulation dedicated to this technology.as well as the topic addresses the impact of the smart digital revolution, which is based on the Internet of things, big data, and artificial intelligence, on human rights, and the challenges facing the legislator in regulating this field. It also discusses the legal debate on the concept of right and its protection in light of these developments, and the necessity of Arab countries to keep up with them.
