Legislative interest in considering difference of religion as an obstacle to inheritance

This research dealt with the legislative interest in considering the difference of religion as a barrier to inheritance, to identify the nature of this interest by defining what are the barriers to inheritance in general, clarifying the jurisprudential rules governing it in the legal concept, and stating the opinion of the jurists in the ruling regarding considering the difference of religion as a barrier to inheritance under the provisions of Islamic law, and then the opinion of the Personal Status Law in force in Palestine in considering the difference of religion as a barrier to inheritance by explaining this in detail in the two parts of the homeland in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip due to the line And each of them is based on a different law from the other, and then the researcher found that several manifestations achieve a general interest in considering the difference of religion as a barrier to inheritance.
