Hamdan's Model in eLearning and E-training and its Effects on Developing Teachers' Competences and Attitudes Toward eLearning in Palestine

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of Hamdan's Model in eLearning on developing teachers' competences in eLearning and their attitudes towards it, the sample consisted of (35) teachers, the pre-post-survey questionnaire and self-reflections of the participants used as tools for the study, after being judged by specialists, the validity was honest and statistically significant, Cronbach Alpha and the reliability coefficient was 91%,the results of the study, indicated an increase in teachers competences in eLearning for more than 18% and that the use of Hamdan's Model had a positive effect and a statistical indication on the teachers competences in eLearning, the differences were not statistically significant according to the variables of academic degree, years of experience, and get previous training, in while the results were statistically significant to the variables of sex in using the internet, and the results showed that the previous training courses which the teachers got it had no effects in developing their competences in eLearning, based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended the necessity of adopting the use of the Hamdan's Model in teachers training programs, in addition to review the training courses and training models which used in teachers training in eLearning.
