Abstract

The study aimed to answer the following question: What are the challenges that teachers with learning disabilities face when they use the distance education method? The descriptive approach was adopted by taking advantage of the results of previous literature in order to clarify the advantages and disadvantages in addition to the difficulties and challenges that faced teachers in general and teachers of learning difficulties in particular. The study focused on the most important standards that teachers must have for teaching online and some guidelines for teachers, by following which it becomes Distance learning is more effective, and this was done through the researchers reviewing previous literature and extracting its most important results. The results of the study showed that teachers in this type of education face many challenges and complexities, which are due to a lack of experience and knowledge in how to use some electronic applications. They also find it difficult to take into account individual differences in learning, especially among students with learning difficulties, know their feelings, and obtain feedback from them about... The subject and the extent of their understanding of it, and also the answers to the students’ questions and inquiries come late, in addition to the teachers facing difficulty in controlling the students and ensuring that they are not distracted during the class via electronic platforms, and finally the teachers face difficulty in evaluating through this strategy and ensuring that the research presented by the students The tests were done by their own efforts without cheating.
