Abstract

: Morocco is known for its great openness and progress with regard to providing psychological and paramedical services in general and services directed to children with disabilities in particular. These services are usually provided in an office setting and are specific in space and time. However, the Corona period was among the first reasons that made this field keep pace and open up to... Remote work is what prompted us to undertake this study, which presented to us the problem of how to manage the process of providing psychological and paramedical services to children with disabilities during the Corona period remotely, and the various challenges it presented to the multidisciplinary team and families, the extent of its effectiveness, and the possibility of adopting it in the future. Through this problem, the importance of this study is highlighted for us, which lies in the analysis and evaluation of remote work during the Corona period. The qualitative method and exactly the semi-confrontational interview were used to collect and analyze data. This study included 200 subjects, including families and various specialists. Among the most important results of this study, many changes emerged in the work process, as the family has become confronted with its children in a state of disability. This confrontation had an impact, either positive or negative, depending on the work of the families and their coordination with the specialists. Within the framework of this coordination, each of the stakeholders encountered a set of challenges, manifested in the difficulty of controlling the framework and space, and the availability of means of communication and work mechanisms on the part of the family. The success of the tracking was based on a participatory approach between families and specialists and the role of each of them in making the tracking and follow-up process successful.
