Abstract

This research aimed to determine material and moral incentives for first-grade teachers from the point of view of teachers of the Arabic language, by identify material incentives for first-grade teachers from the point of view of Arabic language teachers, & identify moral incentives, & identify nature of relationship between specialization female teachers’ and their opinion on the types of material and moral incentives, descriptive survey method using, & sample size. 212 teacher, data were collected by using a questionnaire.The main results are as follows: The most important material incentive is increasing their annual bonuses, which sets them apart from others (54.7%), also(57.5%) of the study sample opinion that the most appropriate moral incentive for first grade female teachers is to reduce their teaching sessions and assign the Arabic language teacher to teach my Beautiful Language for the first grade
