What are the most important mechanisms and guarantees for protecting the rights of minorities in both Sharia and international law? The importance of the research lies in: addressing the rights of religious minorities and clarifying the position that religion occupies in relation to individuals and peoples. The research aims to determine the reasons for the existing controversy surrounding the issue of minorities in order to remove confusion, doubt and fear among the religious minority.
