The study aimed to identify the concept of scientific honesty in Islamic educational thought, and to know its origins through its sources (the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet) and also through the Islamic educational heritage represented in the sayings that were mentioned in the writings of Muslim thinkers. The most prominent forms of scientific honesty in Islam were (the emergence of documentation, attribution, scientific authorization, the journey in pursuit of knowledge, the science of criticism and modification, and others), as well as how to employ these methods in education in our present age. The analytical inductive approach was used, and it concluded that it is possible to benefit from the methods of scientific honesty in Islam in the fields of scientific research, curricula, internationalization of education, and benefit from the experiences of scholars outside the scope of educational institutions.
