Abstract

 

The research aims to study the technical infrastructure of universities and their readiness for e-learning by studying the requirements (financial - technical - human resources - hardware and software - e-learning) and their effectiveness for the purpose of diagnosing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and determinations that lead us to build a technical strategy for all scientific and humanitarian departments of the university Use the survey method in the research and to find out the opinions of the research sample on the requirements (financial, Human, hardware and software, e-learning) The questionnaire was distributed to all heads of scientific and humanitarian departments of the university, amounting to (132) department, and the study reached a set of results and recommendations
