The objective of this scientific article is to illuminate the strategy of e-learning, emphasizing its underlying components and how learners can comprehend them. E-learning is a contemporary issue that sparks extensive debates on teaching methods, necessitating thorough scrutiny, experimentation, observation, and analysis to establish its suitability, effectiveness, and consideration for equal opportunities among learners. In pursuit of this goal, we aim to address the following question: What strategies can facilitate successful implementation of e-learning within the framework of the 2015/2030 reform agenda? To address this question, we adopt a learner-centered educational approach derived from both traditional and e-learning curricula. We employ an introductory and methodological framework to underscore the significance of deliberate engagement in e-learning, emphasizing the role of educational platforms in connecting learners with sources of knowledge and supporting their cognitive accomplishments through a pedagogical model based on diversity, efficiency, and innovation.
