The Holy Qur’an’s Approach in Obligating Submission to God Almighty and to His Messenger, Peace and Blessing of God be upon him peaceAbstract
Submitting to God Almighty and His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, is one of the greatest duties of religion, and a venerable foundation of Islam. A servant’s faith cannot be complete without it, and Islam cannot be established without its fulfillment. It is a two sides of a coin with faith, and its evidence and proof of it. It is pureness of truthfulness, and one of the most important levels of worship. It is safety from misguidance, through which the essence of men is known, and perfection is achieved. God Almighty sent the Messengers and revealed the Scriptures so that people would submit to the Lord of the Worlds and succumb to Him and to what His honorable messengers brought.
Since the Noble Qur’an is the compiler of knowledge, the pillar of Sharia, the straight path on which thoughts do not sway, the wise remembrance with which desires do not deviate, and the noble revelation with which scholars are never satisfied. Such that when its texts combine and its verses are multiple in explaining the origin of submission to God Almighty and to His trustworthy Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, I tracked the verses of the Book in determining this principle and inferring it, and I explained the method and path of the Qur’an in affirming it and diversifying the proofs for it, while mentioning the affirmation of the Quran commentators and the sayings of the scholars.
