Abstract

This scientific paper reviews the research methodology in the Sharia sciences and its controls as the approved scientific method for studying the Sharia rulings and deriving them according to precise methodological foundations. Research in this field is a basic necessity for understanding the Sharia texts, interpreting them and applying them in contemporary reality, in addition to contributing to the renewal of Islamic jurisprudence in a manner consistent with contemporary human developments. Research in the Sharia sciences also represents an essential tool for understanding religion and applying it, while emphasizing adherence to the Sharia controls in scientific research to ensure reaching accurate and objective results.
