Abstract

This study explores the role of refuting intellectual doubts in enhancing Muslims’ intellectual and cognitive capacities, emphasizing that Islam seeks to elevate human thought toward reflection, creativity, and moral excellence consistent with human dignity. It defines the concept and causes of intellectual doubts, underscores the importance of addressing them, and examines the misinterpretation of the hadith that likens a woman to Satan, providing a scholarly rebuttal. Using a descriptive and critical methodology, the research analyzes these doubts through Islamic texts and scholarly interpretations. The findings reveal that skeptics have misunderstood the Prophet’s hadith, and that refuting such misconceptions strengthens Muslims’ rational and critical thinking skills. The study concludes by recommending increased focus on the intellectual elevation promoted by Islamic sciences and support for related academic initiatives.
