Islamic jurisprudence is full of rulings that demonstrate that the people's interest is the focus of the fatwa. It also demonstrates that the jurisprudence of jurists regarding presumptive evidence, such as transmitted interests, blocking the pretext, custom, or other evidence, is subject to change if the harm is removed, the interest changes, or social customs change, both in the tradition of Islamic law and in modern law today .The study is significant because it highlights the positive aspects of Sharia law, such as its ability to identify rulings, shed light on jurisprudential developments, and make connections between traditional legal scholarship and modern issues that have been debated by jurists from antiquity.
