Fostering Professional Creativity by Enhancing Motivation and Aligning the Work Environment: A Descriptive Exploratory Study of the Interaction Between Organizational and Individual Factors

Our study aims to explore the relationship between professional motivations and individuals' adaptation to the work environment. These are two roles that enhance professional creativity, as the research addresses the impact of internal and external professional motivations on employees' creative performance. As well as how this job compatibility with the work environment can enhance their ability to create, and discusses the role of organizational support in enhancing the relationship between professional motivations and creativity, by providing training programs and continuous support. The results indicated that the work environment supports creative freedom, open interaction, material support, and psychological support. Between individuals. contributes significantly to improving creativity and innovation, as well as listening to employees increases their understanding of they are. One of the building blocks of this edifice, they are part of it. Professional motivations, whether internal or external, have a significant role in enhancing creativity, but this effect depends largely on the extent to which the work environment is compatible and supports creativity. The work environment provides flexibility and independence, flexibility in terms of working hours, and other matters, and supports diversity and open communication. They are ideal environments to enhance creativity, in addition, institutions should provide the necessary organizational and leadership support to enhance professional motivation and stimulate creativity. Ultimately, job satisfaction and other things maintain the stability and stability of employment. The work environment has a significant role in this matter, as environments that maintain freedom of creativity and achieve high levels of creativity. Lead to the success of those institutions. And creating an integrated work environment that interacts with professional motivations with the environment. In a positive and effective way.
