The study adopted the descriptive-analytical approach to examine the issue and the importance of scientific research in outer space, based on the provisions of treaties and agreements related to outer space and similar areas. The study identified several key findings, most notably that scientific research in outer space is governed by the principle of peaceful use, requiring that such activities serve peaceful objectives and benefit all of humanity. Additionally, the research offered a series of recommendations, emphasizing the importance of ensuring the sustainability of space activities to guarantee shared benefits for all nations.
