Islam has shown great concern for all segments of society, particularly individuals with special needs, to whom it has devoted special care. It has called upon Muslims to provide comprehensive support and respect for people with special needs, marking it as an Islamic value of great importance. Under this guidance, these individuals have received unwavering support, ultimately achieving high levels of knowledge, prestige, and brilliance, in contrast to their status before the advent of Islam. This study aims to illuminate the status of people with special needs from both an Islamic and psychological perspective. The research, titled "People with Special Needs - People of Determination - from an Islamic Educational Perspective," seeks to achieve the following objectives: understanding the concept of disability and its underlying causes, highlighting the Islamic approach in caring for people with special needs. The choice of this topic stems from the assertion that Islam has cared for every individual within a sound and healthy society, with people with special needs - people of determination - being an integral part of society. Therefore, this research carries significant weight as a legal and educational study, shedding light on the comprehensive scope of the Islamic curriculum in addressing the needs of individuals with special requirements and emphasizing the need for educational implementations.
